Cancellation & Refund Policy

Didion Ltd (trading as "Global Natives Travel") offers invite-only trips to participants and upon paying the trip fee, you agree to attend and take one of the limited spots on the trip.

The trip fee covers the trip organizing costs, accommodations (if applicable), select meals, select cultural events, venue fees, local transportation (if applicable), tips, as well as contractor and travel agent expenses. Flights, visas and other travel costs are not included.

Upon paying your trip fee, you understand that you are holding a spot on the trip, and Global Natives Travel has to make upfront, non-refundable payments for hotels and other expenses on your behalf. Therefore, this reservation is non-refundable. If you are unable to attend the trip, you could nominate another individual as a replacement and transfer your spot to that individual, subject to final approval by Global Natives Travel in its sole and absolute discretion. Global Natives Travel reserves the right to reject any individuals that you nominate for any or no reason given.

If you must leave the trip early for any reason, you will not receive a partial refund.

If the trip is canceled due to Covid-19 closures or other events or incidents outside of Global Natives Travel’s control, Global Natives Travel will try to reschedule the trip to a later date but there can be no such guarantee such a later date will be feasible.

Global Natives Travel recommends purchasing an insurance plan from SafetyWing, our recommended travel insurance provider.

If you violate any of the trip terms and conditions, you may be denied access to the trip or be asked to leave the trip. You will not receive a refund in this situation.
